PEXIM Foundation is very proud to announce that Marko Jevremovic, one of the recipients of PEXIM Cambridge Scholarship for 2010, has been offered a place as an intern in the prestigious UBS bank in its London office. Marko, who is currently doing Master studies in Pure Mathematics at St Edmund’s College in the University of Cambridge, will be occupying the position of Quantitative Analysis Associate upon completion of his Master studies, from June 20th to August 26th.
Marko won this internship placement in a stiff contest with numerous students from Cambridge and other universities in the UK, making it an amazing achievement of our scholar. Marko Jevremovic is also a recipient of the Government of Serbia Young Talents Fund scholarship in 2010. One of his obligations towards PEXIM Foundation and the Young Talents Funds is to return to Serbia following his graduation and internship and work to advance the economic and social development of his country. Along with its partners, the PEXIM Foundation will work in the coming months on finding suitable employment for young talents such as Marko and other students currently in Cambridge.
