What during studies and where after them? 📚 

Tijana, our director for mentorship program, and our alumna Valentina organized a mentorship workshop at FEFA Faculty. 

This was an intimate gathering that included both a lecture and a workshop where students were able to discuss ideas and support one another. There was also time for one-on-one conversations between Tijana and students looking for further advice or wanting to know more about specific topics. 

During this mentoring gathering, we focused on: 

• The relationship between personal and professional growth
• The importance of integrity, growth mindset, and dealing with mistakes
• Promoting community involvement and mutual support
• Practical tips on how to advance your career and develop a go-giver mindset
• The importance of having a mentor
• Utilizing challenges as growth opportunities
• Recognition of their own strengths and capability, as well as opportunities around them.

Tijana’s workshop and practical advice provided additional inspiration for students, but also gave them the courage to take on new challenges in their careers.
