Iva Ivanov

Iva Ivanov

Iva Ivanov graduated and finished master’s studies in International Commercial Law at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law with GPA 10/10. She is also pursuing master’s course in Economics from the University Metropolitan FEFA Faculty. During her master’s studies, Iva spent one term in the academic year of 2016/2017 doing her research at the Roma Tre University in Rome, Italy, as a part of Erasmus+ program. During her master’s studies, she was also a teaching fellow at the FEFA Faculty for Business Law course. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she participated in many summer schools such as , internship programs at the Karanović/Nikolić Law Office, Unicredit Bank, and was also a member of Belgrade’s Faculty of Law team at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court where the team was awarded with Honorable Mention for Memorandum for Claimant. She was also the recipient of the University of Belgrade - Luka Ćelović and Milivoje Jovanović Endowment Award for best paper in Legal and Economic subject matters in the academic 2014/15. Iva speaks fluently English and Italian language, while having intermediate knowledge of German.

In October, Iva is commencing Master of Law program (LL.M.) program at Queens’ College at the University of Cambridge Faculty of Law concentrating on International Commercial Law courses, as this year's recipient of CIRSD PEXIM CAMBRIDGE scholarship.

Dusan Savic

Dusan Savic

Dušan Savić graduated from University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics (Accounting, Auditing and Financial Management track) as the best student of his class with GPA 10/10.

In April 2016 he and the members of his team tied for a second place at the KPMG International Case Competition in Dubai, representing Serbia in that competition. Right after the competition Dušan established the first case study team at the Faculty of Economics, providing other students at his faculty the opportunity to compete in business case study competitions across Europe. Apart from leading the case study team, Dušan also served as the coordinator in the mentorship club at the Faculty of Economics.  During his studies he also did a number of internships, mostly in consulting firms such as Ernst&Young.

In 2017, Dušan was awarded Harvard Club of Serbia’s “Čedomilj Mijatović” award for outstanding achievements during undergraduate studies. He was also the recipient of the “Dositeja” scholarship in 2016./2017, Scholarship for Extremely Talented Students in 2015./2016, Erudition Scholarship for CFA exam and many other awards.

This fall, Dušan is beginning his MPhil in Management studies at Jesus College at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.

Emil Maid

Emil Maid

Emil Maid graduated from The Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade with a GPA of 9.62. During his studies he has worked at SOL d.o.o., Microsoft Development Center in Serbia and The NVidia Corporation as a Software Engineering intern, as well as a Student Assistant at his faculty. He represented his faculty at regional competitions, such as RoboMac 2016 in Macedonia, where he won first place in the category “Artificial Intellgience” and Elektrijada 2014 where he won first place in the category “Physics”.

During his middle school and high school years Emil participated in national competitions in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry, as well as, represented Serbia in international competitions IJSO 2010 and RMPh 2013 on which he was awarded silver medals. He graduated from The Mathematical Grammar School in Belgrade with a GPA of 5.0 as a candidate for the Student of the Generation award.

This fall Emil began his studies towards an MPhil in Advanced Computer Science at The University of Cambridge as a member of The Homerton College. He is interested in specializing in the field of Artificial Intelligence and is considering to establish a company for research and application of intelligent systems.

Nikola Petrovic

Nikola Petrovic

Nikola Petrović finished Legal and Business High School in Belgrade, where he was awarded the title of the best Orator in the country among high school students at the 15th National Competition in Oratory organised by the Serbian Ministry of Education. Further on, he enrolled and graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in 2015 with the GPA 9.97. Throughout his undergraduate studied, as an active member of student community, Nikola was elected to represent students in the University's Student Parliament. He organised a series of events starting from less demanding such as panel discussions, debates, study trips up to the formal commemorations and honouree ceremonies with the highest officials in the state. Inspired by the great legal thought of Hugo Grotius, Nikola decided to attend a number of international law summer schools, moot courts, seminars and conferences. After graduation, he set up the SAMS Rhetoric School at Law Faculty, while also working as a lawyer trainee at Pejic Law office. This fall Nikola began his studies toward an LLM degree in Law, at the Trinity Hall College, University of Cambridge.
