Iva Ivanov

Master of Law (LL.M.)

After graduating from the Master of Law program (LL.M.) programme at Queens’ College at the University of Cambridge, Faculty of Law, focusing on International Commercial Law courses, Iva is currently working as a Consultant to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia, Sector for Fiscal System, Department for Corporate Taxation.

Prior to her studies at the University of Cambridge, Iva Ivanov graduated and finished master’s studies in International Commercial Law at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law with GPA 10/10. She is also pursuing a master’s course in Economics from the University Metropolitan FEFA Faculty. During her master’s studies, Iva spent one term in the academic year of 2016/17 doing her research at the Roma Tre University in Rome, Italy, as a part of Erasmus+ program. During her master’s studies, she was also a teaching fellow at the FEFA Faculty for Business Law course.

Throughout her undergraduate studies, she participated in many summer schools such as internship programs at the Karanović/Nikolić Law Office, Unicredit Bank, and was also a member of Belgrade’s Faculty of Law team at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court where the team was awarded with Honorable Mention for Memorandum for Claimant. She was also the recipient of the University of Belgrade - Luka Ćelović and Milivoje Jovanović Endowment Award for the best paper in Legal and Economic subject matters in the academic year 2014/15. Iva speaks fluent English and Italian, while having intermediate knowledge of German. Iva has finished Master of Law program (LLM) program at Queens’ College at the University of Cambridge, Faculty of Law concentrating on International Commercial Law courses, as the recipient of CIRSD-PEXIM CAMBRIDGE scholarship for 2017.
