Jovana Kovačević

2018/19

MPhil in Management

Jovana completed her MPhil in Management studies at Queens’ College at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. She hopes to contribute to Serbia’s prosperity by working on various international university research projects, implementing her knowledge in engineering, as well as fundamental management skills.

Jovana graduated from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technical Sciences (Mechatronics) in 2018 as the best in her class, with GPA 10/10. Before enrolling at the university, she finished Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj Gymnasium as the best student of her generation. During that time, she took part in numerous national and international competitions in mathematics, physics, programming, music (piano and choir) and Serbian and English language. Throughout her studies she has attained many academic achievements – Jovana is a co-author of an International Conference paper in the field of mechanics and a co-author of an official University Workbook in Mathematics. She worked within the Department of Mechanics on Faculty of Technical Sciences as a demonstrator teaching mechanics courses to undergraduates. Jovana has also completed several internships and seminars, including the Cornell, Maryland, and Max Planck Pre-doctoral Research School. After her studies at Cambridge, Jovana hopes to contribute to Serbia’s prosperity by working on various international university research projects, implementing her knowledge in engineering, as well as fundamental management skills.
