Our alumni organized a Mentorship Webinar titled “Reach your potential” in partnership with the Case Study Club of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. The webinar attracted over 100 students who participated in three hours of online lectures.

Our alumni Tijana Gajic and Dusan Savic discussed personal and professional development, illustrating their points with personal examples. They offered practical advice on advancing your career and balancing intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of life.

Ognjen Milicevic discussed the upcoming mentorship initiatives that will give students a chance to work one-on-one with a mentor;

Jelena Todic and Jovana Rubezic shared insights from their lives in Cambridge and the differences between education systems.

Despite three hours of lecture, students expressed that they felt energized and inspired by the lecture to work on their development and to give back.
