A one-year mentorship program was completed by the first generation of PEXIM mentees. As mentees and mentors shared their impressions and feedback, we were delighted to read how profoundly and positively it impacted them. Here is some of the feedback we received, and we look forward to following our mentees’ journeys.

I realized mentoring is much more general than just professional advice and refers to a much broader range of our lives. Therefore, working with a mentor broadens our horizons and gives us a different perspective”

It only takes one person to believe in me and tell me – you can do it! That person’s voice instantly overcomes the doubts and fears of others. For me, that person was my mentor.”

In order to be successful and fulfilled, I do not have to be a workaholic. I also have to enjoy life. I do not have to put 150% of myself into everything I do.”
