MPhil in Inovation, Strategy and Organisation
Tijana graduated from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, with a Master's degree in Innovation, Strategy and Organisation. She holds a BSc degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade (major: Finance, Banking and Insurance). Upon graduation, Tijana returned to Serbia to work on the development of one of the first and the largest renewable energy projects in Serbia - the Wind Farm Cibuk.
At PostScriptum Ventures, a venture capital group with a broad portfolio of sustainable investments, she served as Head of Finance and Administration, supporting the development of renewable energy projects in Serbia..
Also, she was responsible for HR and corporate social responsibility at multinational renewable energy companies CWP Global and CWP Europe. Through her role, she initiated multiple initiatives aimed at empowering people and communities, as well as promoting connection nature.
Tijana was elected as President of PEXIM's alumni in June 2018, and since July 2018 she has been working as the Director of the PEXIM Foundation to support the Foundation's mission. During her term, she envisioned and started the PEXIM mentorship program.
In her spare time, she finances and runs a non-profit initiative called "Družionica" to support people in nurturing playfulness, connection, and creativity.
